All the staff have been very responsive, supportive and caring. The front desk personnel from Ms. Sandy to Kiwi are all wonderful and pleasant whenever we call.

They had to move mom from independent living to memory care. They did it with quickness and provided a comfortablehome-felt environment for mom.

You guys are doing great! I understand the hardship the pandemic has created for everyone and your community; but I appreciate the careful efforts taken to protect our high-risk loved ones during this time. I am not only grateful for the leadership and staff at Three Creeks for keeping my father safe during this covid pandemic, but especially for creating an environment where he can be himself again.

These people care about their residents and it shows. Anyone considering an independent, assisted or secure care arrangement should visit here. We knew that one day our Mom would need a place so she could be live closer to us. A few years ago, we toured several different places so Mom could a flavor of what kinds of places were out there. Well, this was the year we moved Mom and after visiting several places we chose Three Creeks.

It has many of the same offerings as other places but it was how they do them that made the difference. Mom has been there a few weeks and is settling in nicely. Her fears that she wouldnt like the food and no one would talk to her are gone.

I have been very happy with the caring and helpful responses we have gotten from ALL of the staff including the restaurant servers, maintenance and cleaning staff. My parents moved their over a year ago and the staff there have been truly amazing. My mom recently lost her husband and suffers from dementia. They have been very responsive to her needs during all of the COVID pandemic assuring that we get to have telephone conversations with her.

Paige the director and her staff especially Brenda and Libby Rahe, the Memory Care Manager have been outstanding providing us with pictures and emails regarding our moms care weekly. Our family is very blessed to have such a caring staff to look after our mom! Thanks to all of you for making a difference!

Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great place for seniors! Beautiful facility! Spacious apartments! All staff wonderful to work with. Very helpful and pleasant. This is such a friendly place to live. My first two months have gone exceptionally well. Everyone is so helpful. And the food is good. I feel at home.

Your facility is lovely. I like the idea of eating when one would like - and kind of what one would like - choices every day - all day. The grounds are beautiful - and easily in view from the hallways. Makes for sunshine and a feeling of space. Of course, the apartments are small - but it seems the rates are fair.

Really loved the cottages - and garage. The drawback there is that one needs to take a nice walk to eat in the main facility - a walk is great - unless the weather doesnt lend itself to walking. The facility is modern, spacious, clean and airy.

The staff is friendly and helpful and are concerned with the comfortability of the residents and bring there to help the new residents and their family to adjust to a new and difficult situation. The only negative is communication.

My mother was initially assessed as a 5, needing the most assistance available, when she clearly could do some things for herself. We had request a reassessment and she was subsequently reclassified but we had assumed the first assessment would be closer to her actual rating.

That aspect is very important As that is what her rent is based on. We also had a three week assessment and the staffer who had originally scheduled it had taken another job. Her replacement had no idea we had an appointment. In her defense she was brand new to the job and she was very attentive to our situation. Seems to be a lack of communication. But over all we really like it. Beautiful community with an attentive staff. The grounds are immaculate! We visited for Mothers Day and enjoyed the delicious food and other festivities.

The staff is excellent. I am pampered every day. The food is great and if I dont like what I ordered the staff will get me another option. The residents are friendly and we genuinely care about each other. The department of entertainment and programming do an excellent job of hosting events.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The residents receive great care from what I could see. Lots of activities and food for them to enjoy! The community was clean and the building itself was beautiful! Beautiful environment, staff very upbeat and are always busy with the residents, extremely caring. I know my mother feels she is well cared for and loved by all!
