Pros Good training program. Cons Poor pay. Was this review helpful? Report Share. Loved working for this company until it was bought out. Everything went down hill. New owners show no interest. A lot of behind the back talking instead of being straightforward in projects and completion date. Pros Benefits were good. Cons Poor local and top managers. Ikon was a good company and they never had a layoff until they merged with Ricoh. They provided thorough training with professional trainers.

Non-stressful environment which is a huge plus. Pros Large relaxing breakrooms. Cons Employees were in different buildings. Great team! Really enjoyed working with everyone. Like the training. Had great opportunities. Great incentives Management were not fair to their employees and they were very unprofessional at times.

But not all the managers were like that. Some actually took care about their people and treated them like family and some did not. Made it a very hostile place to work. Pros I had a great supervisor. Cons The environment was poor. Care to share? Help people considering your employer.
