Once we got our table, well worth the wait. Food and service was 1st class. My wife and I stopped for lunch, while passing through Issaquah. It turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. It is an old bar, wood ambiance. Low light, some nice music, and a very pleasant staff. They had a very nice selection of wines Also, a full bar. We had a pretty simple lunch. My wife had a bacon and cheese burger, that she said was wonderful. I had a BLT, simple but very satisfying. It looked like their dinner menu looked pretty good, as a steak and chops kind of place.

Service was excellent! Love the ambiance of JAKs! The Calabrian Chicken is my favorite! Great meal. Super friendly hostess and server. My favorite steakhouse, our server was amazing! He pre-bussed which is rare in servers these days.

My wife and I used to serve and we really appreciate it. The steaks are always cooked and seasoned perfectly. We love this place and always come here on special occasions. My husband and our guests had a wonderful meal at Jaks. I ordered the Panko crusted halibut with potato cakes and oh my goodness!! Awesome evening with great friends- the cocktails were fabulous, Catherines service was excellent and the food was great. Great service and outstanding food! Always our place to celebrate big events.

Love the food, the Owners and Staff. The food was amazing and the portions were huge. I like nice restaurants and have been to most in the area. The food at Jaks out does them all. We had Sam S. The bartender was also great and the drinks were top tier. This is the place to go for just about any occasion. Jaks never disappoints! Delicious food, great service and a cozy feel.

JaKs has always been a great place to eat. We have never been disappointed by the food we select and the servers are always attentive and friendly. We live near by and wanted a new place to go. I ordered the ribeye, Was looking forward to the smoke taste didn't really have that. My piece had lot of gristly fat not sure why. I am use to fat but every bite had gristle. It just didn't look like a good piece. My friend had the filet mignon it was a good peice and was done right.

Hopefully next time will be a better experience everthing else was on point. Jak's was always delicious with great service and now that they take reservations it makes it that much easier to go. The service is top notch, the food was delicious, our waiter suggested a wine with my meal and it matched perfectly and tasted great.

Noise level was moderate and made the ambiance very nice and the tables are far enough apart that we felt safe. Already looking forward to going again! Amazing dinner - the food is always fantastic at JaK's! We all had steak, of course, and the quality, flavor and presentation were fabulous. We had a birthday girl and no special treatment as is custom when going to a nice restaurant.

We also had a table in the back by the wall instead of one with a nice view.. Kind of sucked but we made the most of it. Jak's never disappoints. Jak's Bene is the best! And the steak hash and biscuits and gravy are sooo good. We will be back but not for brunch, Kj. Great place to get away from the crowds during Salmon Days. This is our favorite place for special occasions or just when we want to level-up our dining experience. Cameron is such a great waiter and as usual he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful evening and an excellent dinner.

Kudos to all the staff at Jaks! We never fail to have a great time! As always great food and service at Jak's. A must for steak lovers. Unfortunately my ribeye was chewy with a lot of gristle.
