The food was absolutely everything we expected out of Spago, beautiful and delicious down to the The waiter, the assistant, and even the bar waitstaff all coordinated to make their meal fun too, which really meant a lot to us, because sometimes the staff at fine dining restaurants don't know what to do with children.

It didn't hurt that we had seats by the window and got to see all of the fountain shows while we were eating. I could describe every detail of what we ordered, but it was all excellent and met every expectation we had. The food was incredible, and with the above and beyond outstanding service, it was the best dining experience we had in Vegas.

I know I should be writing a review about my entire experience. And, I must say the meal was great. Baby, let me tell you about DAT Dessert.

The Lemon Spike was to die for. It was that good. The outside is a hard lemon shell. It cracks open like an egg. And, then you just Go For It! This dessert is ridiculously delicious. Everything I tried was delicious. We started with the salmon and caviar pizza.

It was amazing! The bread for the table was good as well. I got the Bolognese and it We had an unbelievable seat on the terrace with a great view of the fountains. I thought it would be too hot outside, as it was still over degrees, but it was surprisingly cool. Very nice restaurant. I would give it a three star rating. Here are some bullet comments: 1. The food was very good. We had a schnitzel and a New York strip, Capri salad and a zucchini soup. The entrees were delightful.

My steak tasted like The Capri salad was very good, Mozzarella was very rich and tasty…not rubbery. Her zucchini soup looked heavy but she said that it was very light and incredibly delicious reminiscent of the vegetable and fresh Italian spices.

Light, incredibly well cooked and it came with three different accompaniments. If you eat here you must try it. My gin Tom Collins came with a twist and a black olive twice. I know some recipes are built with them but I prefer just the twist.

The drink was tall and well done otherwise. The wait staff was on point for an upscale restaurant with a waiter and an assistant. The assistant was more attentive than the waiter though. Both did a good job. I would have liked to see them in jackets though…like the waiters at the Eiffel. I came with just my wife for this visit.

More perfect for three or four patrons. Not too many decent choices for a couple inside. I think there were more intimate seating for couples outside. We enjoyed the food very much and recommend the restaurant. This was a great dining experience from start to finish. The patio dining overlooking the Ballagio fountains was Amazing. The bussers were polite and helpful without being intrusive and kept our table neat amd orderly.

Paul Is a professional, engaging in conversation and always attentive I recommend the pork Ravi. The ahi tuna app was perfectly prepared and tasty. Highly recommend Spago at Bellagio in Las Vegas. We had a beautiful view of the Bellagio Fountain! Our server, Jaime, was also outstanding! Great experience all around. Excellent food, superb service with a wonderful view of the fountain. Food was mediocre. Dry chicken on the salad and burger was flavorless. Fries were the highlight of the meal which shouldn't be the case from a high end restaurant with a famous chef as the owner.

Food was great but service was lacking. Hostess barely look at me in the eye. Server took quite a while to greet us. I needed a refill and I took quite a while for anyone to walk by our table and even longer for anyone to notice. When it came time for the bill, we paid with a credit card and the server just stood there while we filled out the tip section.

It was awkward. Food was good though. Not sure I would go back. My heart is full and my soul is fulfilled!! Thank you for the best dinner experience ever. It is beyond words. It is not the food, or the atmosphere. It is the people and the experience.

What a venue! The Bellagio fountain was a wondrous table guest! My veal chop was to die for! Wait staff made a grand meal even grander. Wonderful birthday dinner. We had a magical dinner, over looking the Bellagio fountain; and even met the amazing Mr. Truly, a phenomenal evening! We arrived 30 minutes late for our reservation and we were going to see a show.

They were very accommodating and got the food to us very quickly so we can enjoy and not be rushed. Excellent service. Our Waiter was Amazing! We had a toddler and he was so kind. The food was incredible. Highly recommend the cod. Mid week, late lunch, got a table outside on the patio. Also great view of the fountains! Fantastic food. Took great care of my food allergies. Great views We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at Spago! The asparagus appetizer was delicious! I had the mushroom pizza and my husband had the Viener Schnitzel. Both were excellent. We finished our meal with an elegant and beautiful lemon dessert that melted in our mouths!!

Our server, Joy, was the best and added to our entire experience. We will return! Best view dinner on the strip, sit outside once the Bellagio fountain lights are on. You will love it! My family had dinner on the patio and loved it!

The meal was amazing, as well as the views of the fountains! When I arrived for my reservation, I was offered a choice of dining inside or outside.

Although it was chilly 45 degrees , the hostess told me that I'd really like outside - and was she ever right! I had a table with a view overlooking the famed Bellagio water-fountain show, as well as the lit-up "Strip. The service was outstanding, as was the food and wine. The pumpkin agnolotti were out-of-this world delicious, and the Wolfgang Puck pinot noir who knew?

All in all, it was a fabulous and memorable dining experience. Amazing food and the most wonderful service. Definitely will be back!

We want to be at one of her tables every time!!!! Perfect for a lunch with outdoor seating. However, if you are going for a late lunch e. It was amazing! Choosing Spago for the last meal in Vegas was absolutely ingenious!! Great restaurant with tasty food, our dessert was not up to its standard but it was taken care off. Our meals were very good and we had a nice view from inside the restaurant as we did not choose to sit on the patio. Service was great and informative too. Restaurant seems to be very popular so make your reservation early.
