Serving our customer base who are,in fact, in customer service themselves can prove daunting. The expectations are high and working with their timelines can be difficult. However, it is rewarding. The customers are very appreciative. At times it is necessary to "wear many different hats," and this leads to a diverse set of responsibilities but you are given the room to make it work.

I would recommend this company to self starters and people who require little supervision. Due to the nature of the job, at times, you have to work independently.

You will be treated like dirt, like an idiot, like a 3 year old. Management tries to motivate through fear. NOT a positive environment. People appear to hate each other and hate the job. Nobody is nice. Nobody smiles. You will hear a manager yelling at staff over the company intercom. Your bathroom breaks are monitored.

The manager will stand over you while you are on a call. The manager will question every detail and tell you that you are too slow. There is no structure. Managers have not ever read "how to be a good manager" or "how to be successful in business" or "how to create a positive working environment" - they do not care.
