They made my husband dig through everything to find the contract because they couldn't just pull it up in the system. She didn't tell us which shuttle went to LAX and there was another couple with us there unloading their car and they actually had to ask her. She was not friendly and seemed like we were annoying her.

When my husband went in to close out everything he said she didn't explain things clearly that would be on the bill and was being very rude. This is not how you want to end your trip, being treated bad, so we will not be renting from them again. I got a car that was smaller than what I had reserved and I ended up having to run two trips to the airport and back in order to accommodate everyone. Fox was one company and don't remember the third, however Fox finally came picked up their reservation person after 2 hours. The other person ditched her car company and took a car with National after her 3 hour wait.

Advantage was the only company that had a mini van available otherwise I would have ditched them also. I could get a recording saying to press for airport shuttle pickup, but no shuttle ever came to pick us up. Was not a fun day for our large group.
