The long hours of scouting prior tryout hunt and seeing the smiles we bring to our clients make it all worth while! We will be hunting on old logging roads with numerous berry patches in the area. Hunting open hillsides with rocks, coming out of orchards and covering country are how we pursue these animals.

Hunting starts the beginning of August and runs through the first part of October. Early in the season it can be pretty hot, so most of the hunting will be done early in the morning and just before dark. Deer - Nobody has to battle the deer hunting crowds on public land where 1 in 10 hunters successfully find a legal buck.

We guarentee you'll find a buck you'll want to shoot. Turkey hunts last three days. If you have never experienced the rush of a big Tom gobbler running into your calling, you are missing out! This is very similar to elk coming into your calls.

You hear them gobbling and getting closer, then all of a sudden, they appear right in front of you. Shots ranging from yards to 10 feet are possible. Hides on the coyotes are in there prime from October through January.

February through April they are starting to loose there pelt as the weather warms…. But are still fun to hunt… During our calling sessions, it is possible to call in bobcats. This would be a bonus to our hunt. No extra cost is assessed if bobcats are shot. Just a lot more pictures taken! We provide transportation to and from hunting locations. Hides and meat are prepared for transportation to the taxidermist of your choice.

Due to lack of storage, meats and hides will need to be taken when hunt is complete. If you choose to leave the meat with us please let us know in advance.

This is prime Blacktail country. There are many nice bucks and always the chance of a true monster for those who would like to wait it out. Deer season starts on the second Saturday in October. Instead of pressuring the deer early in the season though, we wait and start hunting at the very end of the month during the rut.

Deer can also be hunted during archery and muzzleloader seasons at the same time as elk for no extra charge. We have a very good rate of opportunity on the deer on those hunts too but the rut hunt is the way to go for a true quality blacktail deer hunt.

In the Pacific Northwest we offer hunts for the Roosevelt species of North American elk during rifle, muzzleloader, and archery seasons.
