Very supportive management. Problems were addressed and quickly resolved. Fun place to work. Regular customer's made the work seem like family. Loved to work there. Good entry level job, fast paced, never boring. IFA store was a good beginning job but had little opportunities for advancement to significant positions. Our community in Elko, Nevada is an agriculture community where people expect prompt service.

Dealing with ranchers and farmers was a pleasure for me. Our workplace was usually congenial, but conflicts would often arise among some of the workers. A typical day would involve waiting on customers and ringing up sales, arranging incoming inventory in the warehouse, driving the forklift to unload arriving shipments of inventory, loading feed and supplies for customers, and arranging and pricing inventory items in the main part of the store.

Often I was entrusted with end of day store closing. The most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with customers and satisfying their needs. I also enjoyed working as a team with my co-workers.

The most difficult part of the job was dealing with conflicts among the co-workers and trying to remain impartial. Pros Lots of activities, I was familiar with the products sold, good schedule. Cons Not many benefits or chances for advancement. Large turnover in employees.

I learned a lot of valuable skills working there. The managers were on the ball and put you in positions where you could succeed. Ifa is a very hostel working place. They do not care about there employees. They show favortisume to some employees.

To them everyone can be replaced. I liked working there there was a lot of things to do the people was he's at it was hard work but it was fun as much as physical I would recommend this job to others.

Pros Learning and carreer building. Cons Very hard work. A place where your co workers become like family and there is always something to do. I learned a lot at this job. I learned about warehousing, how to operate the forklift, about ranching products and how to put together a lot of things.

Pros Keeps you in shape, great people. Cons I did not get any benefits because I was in college and not considered full time. Ifa was a great employer when I was in High School, but after graduation they were very difficult to work with in terms of benedits and livable wages. Best people, best horses, best job. The horses are amazing to work with and so are the people. You will learn new things every day you work there and you will never fall short of a job to do.

Pros Amazing people to work with, positive environment. IFA was a great starting place for me. I enjoyed working there, however, there was no room for advancement.

This is a great company that I really enjoy working for and have gained many great skills not only with retail, but also with leadership. I have worked with many great people with IFA. IFA strives to train all employees and improve them in order to help the customer. I learned how to become well-versed in a wide range of products.

I will recommend IFA to all of my customers and urge them to not make the same mistake I made by trying to go to the closer feed store — quality, customer service, and prices do not add up, no one is even half as good as IFA — save yourself the trouble and just go to the best, IFA!!!

I travel for work so I was out of town, coming in on Friday night. I called ahead to check if they had renew gold. Sure nuff they did and I paid over the phone.
